Paid Content Publication Rules

These rules govern the placement and sale of paid content (paid albums and paid posts with photos and videos) on the HOTVIRT website and supplement the general Profile Publication Rules. These rules are mandatory for all authors using the content sale feature.

Violation of these rules may result in content being rejected during moderation, the content sale feature being disabled, or the account being blocked.

About Paid Content

Paid content is photo and video material to which the buyer gains access after payment. Selling paid content is not an offer of intimate services — the buyer is provided exclusively with access to media files.

The content sale feature is available only to authors with the appropriate status. The administration reserves the right to restrict access to this feature without explanation.

What content is allowed inside a paid album

1.1 Nudity and explicit poses are allowed inside albums.

What is prohibited even in paid content

2.1 Describing or depicting sexual acts, contact/touching of genitals, as well as mentions of orgasm and ejaculation are prohibited — the platform does not host pornographic content.

2.2 Sex toys involving contact with genitals (dildos, pumps, etc.) are prohibited.

2.3 BDSM attributes and practices are prohibited.

2.4 Joint photos and videos, as well as any content featuring persons other than the verified author, are prohibited. Couple/duo virt is prohibited.

2.5 Any promotion of LGBT is prohibited.

2.6 Publishing information about providing paid intimate services, as well as advertising or selling pornographic material outside the platform, is prohibited.

2.7 Any links to third-party resources (websites, Telegram channels, chats, bots, etc.) without approval from the site administration are prohibited.

2.8 Profanity, including names of genitals in the description text, is prohibited.

Placement and Sale Conditions

3.1 It is prohibited to use a cover or public preview that misleads the buyer about the actual content of the paid material (does not match the real photos and videos inside).

3.2 Publishing someone else's content without the copyright holder's consent, as well as material previously removed by the administration for violating the rules, is prohibited.

3.3 The price is set by the author in US dollars (USD). Prices in other currencies are calculated automatically at the current exchange rate or can be set manually by the author.

3.4 Once photos and videos are approved by a moderator, they cannot be removed from a paid album or post — this guarantees buyers continued access to the purchased content.

3.5 The purchase of paid content is final. Refunds are possible only in cases provided for in the User Agreement (for example, a technical error on the platform's side or a violation of these rules by the author).

3.6 Redirecting buyers to third-party resources to receive the purchased content or part of it is prohibited.

3.7 The administration reserves the right to reject paid content during moderation without explanation if it does not comply with these rules or the platform's general rules.

Liability for Rule Violations

The administration reserves the right to reject or remove paid content, disable the content sale feature for an author, or block an account without prior notice in case of violation of these rules.

Repeated violations may result in a permanent block.
